About U92 Energy Corp.
U92 Energy Corp. is an advanced uranium exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, focused on assets in the Americas. Its flagship is the Kurupung Project in Guyana.
With a long history of technical and exploration work, the geology and the geological model are well understood. Our near-term objective is to increase the historical mineral resource estimate to support an initial ten-year life of mine (+3 Mlb per annum).
With over 92 km² of licence area, the project has extensive mineralised targets that have been significantly drilled, and it is open along strike and at depth.

Adam brings over 25 years’ experience across the resources sector, capital markets and project development, with a focus on strategic growth and long-term value creation. He provides strategic oversight, disciplined capital allocation and governance, with extensive experience evaluating opportunities, managing risk and aligning stakeholders. His approach combines commercial discipline with a clear focus on sustainable shareholder value and the effective execution of corporate strategy.

Ross led Fission Energy and its discovery of the Waterbury Lake deposit, then led Fission Uranium Corp through the discovery of the Triple R deposit and its C$1.14 billion sale to Paladin Energy in 2024. He won the 2014 PDAC Bill Dennis award and was Northern Miner Mining Person of the Year.
B.Sc. Geology, University of Alberta.A US diplomat with more than 40 years in foreign affairs. He served as US Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere, Ambassador to Venezuela, and a member of the National Security Council. He now leads Otto Reich Associates, advising on international strategy and political risk across emerging markets, with a key focus on Latin America.
B.A. International Studies. M.A. Latin American Studies.A finance executive with more than 20 years across equity research, portfolio management and capital markets, most of it in mining. He was a Portfolio Manager at Sprott Asset Management and has served as an executive and board member of several public companies. He is currently CEO and a director of Trident Resources Corp.

In his role as Chief Executive Officer Adam brings over 25 years’ experience leading resource projects through exploration, development, construction and operations. He combines technical and commercial expertise with a disciplined, execution-focused approach to capital allocation, project delivery and operational performance. He has extensive experience building high-performing teams, managing complex projects, and delivering strategic objectives within defined milestones, budgets and timelines.
An international CPA with more than 15 years of experience across the Middle East, Asia, Europe and North America. For the past five years he has led finance teams for mining companies, both public and private.
Richard was President and CEO of U3O8 Corp. for 17 years and ran the exploration programme over what is now the U92 property, including 88,000 metres of diamond drilling and the definition of the historical resource estimate. He also led the teams that found the Loma Larga gold-silver-copper deposit in Ecuador and the Mirador, San Carlos and Panantza copper porphyries.
